14 DAYS: MAASAI MARA/ NAIVASHA/ NAKURU/ BOGORIA/ SAMBURU/ MT. KENYA/ AMBOSELI/ TSAVO WEST/ TSAVO EAST/ NAIROBI/ MOMBASA


DAY 1: NAIROBI/MAASAI MARA.
0930HRS; Leave Nairobi for Masai Mara game reserve, picnic lunch en-route. On arrival proceed to the camp or lodge. An evening game drive. Dinner and overnight at the camp.

DAY 2: MAASAI MARA
After breakfast, proceed for an early morning game drive. Return to camp/lodge for lunch. After lunch a further game drives. Dinner and overnight at the camp/lodge

DAY 3: MAASAI MARA
Full game viewing in the Mara with an option nature walk or visit to a nearby Masai village in between the meal breaks. Dinner and overnight at the camp/lodge.

DAY 4: MAASAI MARA/NAIVASHA
After breakfast, leave for Lake Naivasha. After lunch, visit Hells Gate National Park and the geothermal power plant. Proceed to Fisherman's Camp for dinner and overnight.

DAY 5: LAKE NAIVASHA/LAKE NAKURU
Leave after breakfast and drive to the home of millions of flamingoes and the home of white Rhino and about 350 different species of birds. It's known as Ornithological Paradise. Dinner and overnight at a budget hotel.

DAY 6: BOGORIA/BARINGO
After breakfast drive to Lake Bogoria where the hot water springs abound and plenty of medicinal springs. After lunch visit Lake Baringo. A boat trip to see various species of birds and very ancient caves. (The boat ride is only one hour. If you require hours, one pays direct.)

DAY 7: SAMBURU
After breakfast leave for samburu via the Thompson falls. Lunch en-route arriving late afternoon. Dinner and overnight at the campsite.

DAY 8: SAMBURU
After breakfast, depart for an early morning game drive. Return to the camp for lunch. In the early evening leave for another game drive. Dinner and overnight at the camp.

DAY 9: SAMBURU/ MT. KENYA
After breakfast, leave Samburu for Nanyuki arriving in time for lunch. After lunch, visit the Mau Mau caves where freedom fighters could hide from the British troops during the struggle for independence .Dinner and overnight.

DAY 10: NANYUKI/ AMBOSELI VIA NAIROBI
After breakfast drive south via the biggest open air market in East and Central Africa at Karatina. Proceed to Nairobi arriving in time for lunch in one of the restaurants. Continue to Amboseli via Namanga arriving in Amboseli late afternoon. An evening game drive. Dinner and overnight at the camp.

DAY 11: AMBOSELI
Early morning game drives before breakfast. After breakfast have a whole day game viewing. OPTIONAL; Masai village Nature walk Swimming in one of the lodges. (All at an extra cost) Return to the campsite for dinner and overnight.

DAY 12: AMBOSELI/TSAVO WEST
After breakfast drive via Chyulu hills to Tsavo west national park arriving in time for lunch. Afternoon game drive and a visit to Mzima spring (The source of drinking water for Mombasa) Return for dinner and overnight at the campsite.

DAY 13 TSAVO WEST/TSAVO EAST
After breakfast, drive to Tsavo east which is renowned for its large numbers of elephants and the famous man eating lions (During the building of the Kenya Uganda Railway in 1890) Lunch on arrival. Game drive. Dinner and overnight at the campsite.

DAY 14: TSAVO EAST/NAIROBI OR MOMBASA
After breakfast and your final game drive, return to Nairobi . Those who want to proceed to Mombasa can catch a bus at Voi or arrange for private transport to Mombasa.
